Cross-River/Abuja/Adamawa The card readers are not functioning at Polling Unit 7, Ward 3 in Calabar. Meanwhile, the card readers at GSS Wuse Zone 3 are working perfectly well. Its taking each individual a minimum of 40 seconds to accredit one person. Accreditation began at 8:30am in ward 2 (EC30A) PU Numan LGA Adamawa state.
